I absolutely adored the charming and cozy decoration of the hotel, especially the custom-made furniture from natural oak. It reminded me of my grandmother's house and made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and spotlessly clean, which is something I greatly appreciate as a senior woman. , the hotel's accessibility was excellent for me, with easy access to the main road and no stairs to climb.
If I had to ask for one improvement, it would be to have more staff members available to assist senior guests. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a bit overwhelmed and busy, which made it a bit difficult to get immediate assistance when needed.

Had an amazing Christmas getaway at this hotel! The rooms were comfy and clean, and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The homemade meals at the on-site restaurant were absolutely delicious, and it was a treat to indulge in authentic local cuisine. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the nearby Rila Monastery and going on beautiful treks in the Rila mountains. Plus, the breathtaking views of the valley from the balcony were simply mesmerizing.
Only downside was the lack of breakfast served at this bed and breakfast hotel. It would have been nice to have that option available.
